The landing screen — a quick overview for the user.
Flight Log
The live feed of in-progress flights detected automatically by the OGN receiver, waiting for review and approval.
Flights
The complete registry of every flight — manual or tracked — with crew, durations, start type, and the charges billed.
Transactions
The append-only member payment ledger — every debit and credit.
Duties
A record of duty hours worked at the club — line management, instructor and other shifts — with approval.
Members
The member list — status, membership type, balance, qualifications and custom fields, in table or card view.
Aircraft
The fleet inventory — registration, type and category, maintenance components with check thresholds, and airworthiness status.
Reservations
A shared overview of fleet reservations; members reserve aircraft.

Flight Statistics
An overview of flying activity — hours flown, fleet utilisation, and crew totals over time.
Duty Statistics
An aggregated overview of duty hours — total hours and duty counts, grouped by member, type, or label.

Pricing Rules
Flight pricing — a flight's price is the sum of every matching rule, each one driven by condition branches (if … else …) and versioned by effective date.
Qualification Rules
The same condition mechanism as pricing, used to assess member eligibility — rules that aren't met show up as qualification alerts.
Penalties
Penalty rules for a negative balance — a monthly charge on outstanding debt, levied as a percentage of the amount owed or a fixed rate.
Accumulated Facts
Definitions of metrics over a member's flight history that rules reference in their conditions.
Periodic Transactions
Recurring charges or credits on a schedule, shown as schedule cards, with a next-runs preview in the form.

Certificates & Licenses
Definitions of the certificates and license types your club recognises; qualification rules bind to a license type.
Flight Tasks
The catalogue of flight activity types — dual, solo, tow, cross-country — used to classify flights and in pricing rules.
Duty Types
The classification of club duties — line management, retriever crew, instructor — with the rate that determines how duty hours are compensated.
Transaction Types
The categories used to classify entries in the ledger — flight charge, membership fee, refund, penalty.
Custom Fields
Club-defined fields added to members and aircraft without any schema change.
