Dashboard

The landing screen — what needs your attention across the whole club, at a glance.

What it is

The dashboard is the first screen staff see after signing in. Instead of a wall of vanity counters, it surfaces actionable signals: airworthiness and compliance alerts, members whose qualifications are expiring or failing, upcoming aircraft bookings, and the health of the OGN receiver that feeds automatic flight tracking. It is designed to answer one question — what do I need to deal with today?

Dashboard with compliance alerts, qualification alerts, upcoming bookings and system health

How to use it

  • Compliance & airworthiness alerts — aircraft that are overdue or approaching a maintenance check are listed first. Click through to the aircraft to see the underlying components and check intervals.
  • Qualification alerts — members whose ratings, medicals or other qualification rules are expiring or failing. Use View all qualification alerts to open the full list.
  • Aircraft bookings — the next few days of reservations, so you can see what the fleet is committed to.
  • System health — confirms the OGN receiver is alive and shows the beacon rate and last contact, so a silent feed is caught quickly.
  • Aircraft — resolve airworthiness alerts at their source.
  • Qualification Rules — define what triggers a qualification alert.
  • Flight Log — the live feed behind the system-health panel.
