Dashboard

The landing screen — a quick overview for the user.

What it is

The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It presents a set of cards: maintenance and compliance alerts, members whose qualifications are expiring or failing, upcoming aircraft reservations, and system health.

Which cards appear depends on the user’s permissions and on whether their account is linked to a member. The member-linked cards (account balance, your own airworthiness, quick links, and your own flights awaiting approval) appear only when the account is linked to a member; the club-wide operational cards (maintenance, qualifications, reservations, system health) are governed by permissions.

How to use it

  • Account balance — the current balance (if the account is linked to a member); the link goes to transactions.
  • Your airworthiness — a summary status of your qualifications (OK / expiring soon / problem) with the most pressing issues.
  • Quick links — shortcuts to your profile, flights, transactions, and qualifications.
  • Your flights awaiting approval — the signed-in member’s not-yet-approved flights (the card appears only if there are any).
  • Maintenance & compliance alerts — aircraft whose checks are overdue or approaching their due date, grouped by aircraft; the most serious (overdue) are at the top. Click an aircraft to open its detail with components and checks.
  • Qualification alerts — members whose qualifications are expiring or failing. The View all qualification alerts link opens the full list.
  • Upcoming reservations — reservations in the next few days (within 7 days).
  • System health — the status of the OGN receiver (with the beacon rate and the time of the last beacon) and — if the Flight Track integration is enabled — the status of its ongoing ingestion; any alerts about unassigned FLARM IDs also appear here.
