Duties
The club duty roster — line management, instructor and other shifts — with approval that can generate the associated charges or credits.
What it is
Duties is your club’s roster of shifts: line management, instructing, and any other duty your members take on to keep operations running. It records who served and when, giving you a clear history of contributions across the season.
Duties also tie into billing. Approving a duty can generate the associated charges or credits through the billing pipeline — so a member who covers a shift can be credited, or a service can be billed, automatically and consistently. That keeps the roster and the ledger in step without manual re-keying. You can log duties one at a time or in batches when you’re filling out a whole day or weekend at once.

How to use it
- Create a single duty — log one shift at
/duties/new. - Bulk-create duties — add many duties at once at
/duties/bulkwhen scheduling a busy period. - Open a duty — go to a duty’s page to review its details and who served.
- Approve duties — approval can generate the related charges or credits via billing, keeping the ledger accurate.
- Export the roster — download duties at
/duties/exportfor records or reporting.
