Members
The member registry — status, membership type, balance, qualifications and custom fields, in table or card view.
What it is
Members is the registry of everyone in your club. You can switch between a compact table view for scanning many members and a card view for a friendlier overview. Each member carries the essentials: a status, a membership type, an account balance (shown only to users with permission), their qualifications, and any custom fields your club has defined.
Open a member to see their full profile in one place — useful when you’re checking eligibility, settling an account, or confirming a qualification before a flight. Because membership type, qualifications, and custom fields all live on the member, the registry doubles as the source of truth that pricing and qualification rules read from when they decide what someone may fly and what they’re charged.

How to use it
- Register a member — add a new member at
/members/new. - Open a profile — view a member’s full details, balance, qualifications, and custom fields on their page.

- Switch views — toggle between table and card layouts to suit the task.
- Check airworthiness — review a member’s aircraft airworthiness at
/members/[id]/airworthiness. - Export data — download the member list at
/members/export, or a member’s balance history at/members/[id]/balances-export.
