Reservations

A shared booking calendar for the fleet, so members can reserve aircraft and staff can see what the fleet is committed to.

What it is

Reservations is the club’s shared booking calendar for the fleet. Members can reserve an aircraft for the time they need it, and staff get a single, club-wide view of everything the fleet is committed to. It turns “who’s got the glider on Saturday?” from a group-chat scramble into something everyone can see at a glance.

Because the calendar is shared, it prevents double-bookings and helps you plan around demand — spotting busy weekends, free slots, and aircraft that are in heavy rotation. It complements the rest of operations: what gets reserved is what eventually shows up as flights, so the calendar is a useful forward look at activity before it happens.
