Pilot guide
Everything a club pilot needs: logging, completing and approving flights, and keeping an eye on your balance.
This guide is for pilots and members. It covers the few screens you use at the airfield and at home — nothing about configuring the club. Read it in order the first time; afterwards jump straight to the task you need.
- Getting started — sign in, find your way around, use it on the phone.
- The Flight Log — the one list of every flight, and how to read it.
- Log a flight — enter a flight that the tracking didn’t catch.
- Complete or correct a flight — fill in what the tracking couldn’t know.
- Approve a flight — confirm your flight so it is billed.
- Your account — balance, payments, logbook, licences and emails.
- Reservations & duties — book an aircraft, see your work hours.
The whole app works on a phone. Out at the field, open it in the phone’s browser — the Flight Log switches to a compact list with a one-tap landing button.

Complete or correct a flight
