Periodic Transactions
Recurring charges or credits on a schedule — such as a monthly or annual membership fee — shown as schedule cards with a next-runs preview.
What it is
Periodic Transactions are recurring charges or credits that post automatically on a schedule — most commonly a monthly or annual membership fee, but equally any regular dues or standing credit. Rather than entering the same transaction by hand every cycle, you set it up once and let it run.
Each schedule is shown as a card, so it’s easy to see at a glance what recurs and when. When you create one, a guided form previews the next runs as you choose the cadence, so you can confirm the dates land where you expect before committing. This removes a recurring chore from the club’s bookkeeping and keeps member balances moving in step with their obligations, without anyone having to remember the billing date.

How to use it

/periodic-transactions/new. - Preview next runs — use the guided form to confirm the upcoming dates before saving.
- Open a schedule — review or edit an existing one at
/periodic-transactions/[id]. - Scan the cards — read the schedule cards to see what recurs across the club at a glance.
