Periodic Transactions
Recurring charges or credits on a schedule, shown as schedule cards, with a next-runs preview in the form.
What it is
Periodic Transactions are recurring charges or credits that post automatically on a schedule.
The cadence can be monthly, quarterly or yearly; you set it together with a day of the month (1st–28th), plus a month for quarterly and yearly schedules, and optionally a validity window (from / to). Conditions on the member profile can target a schedule at selected members only; without conditions it applies to everyone.
Each schedule is shown as a card with its nearest next run. When you create one, the form previews the next three runs based on the chosen cadence.
How to use it
- Create a schedule — set up a new recurring charge or credit at
/periodic-transactions/new.
- Preview next runs — the form shows the upcoming dates before you save.
- Open a schedule — review or edit an existing one at
/periodic-transactions/[id]. - Scan the cards — the cards on the main page give an overview of all schedules.
