Club Settings

Club-wide configuration — name, contact email, qualification thresholds, and integrations.

What it is

Club Settings holds the configuration that applies to the whole club. The page is divided into sections: General (the club name and contact email, plus the read-only club subdomain and custom domain), Qualifications, Integrations, and Notifications.

The club name appears wherever the club is identified. The thresholds in the Qualifications section determine how far in advance the app warns about qualifications nearing expiry and about qualifications lapsing. The Integrations section contains the toggle for the FTR feature. The Notifications section is reserved for future use.

How to use it

  • Club name — used everywhere the club is identified.
  • Contact email — the club’s public contact.
  • Qualification thresholds — how many days in advance the app warns about qualifications nearing expiry and about them lapsing.
  • Integrations — turn the FTR feature on or off.
  • Users — the accounts that can sign in and manage the club.
  • Roles — the permissions that control what those users can do.
  • Custom Fields — extend the data model with club-specific fields.
