Duty Statistics

Aggregated duty activity — duty hours and member participation, so the workload is shared fairly.

What it is

Duty Statistics summarises the ground duties members take on across the club into one read-only overview. Running an aeroclub depends on people stepping up for towing, instructing, airfield duty, and the rest — and this view shows you how those hours add up over time and how participation is spread across the membership.

Duty statistics showing aggregated duty hours per member

The point of this page is fairness. When everyone can see who has contributed how many duty hours, it becomes obvious whether the load is shared evenly or resting on a handful of regulars. There is nothing to change here — the totals are derived from recorded duties and update as new ones are logged and approved.

How to use it

  • Track duty hours — review the total ground-duty time contributed over the period.
  • Check member participation — see how duties are distributed so no one is quietly carrying the club.
  • Spot imbalances — identify members who could be asked to take on more, and those who have done plenty.
  • Duties — the individual duty records behind these totals.
  • Flight Statistics — the companion view for flying activity.
  • Members — the member directory the participation figures map to.
