Duty Statistics
An aggregated overview of duty hours — total hours and duty counts, grouped by member, type, or label.
What it is
Duty Statistics summarise the duties members take on across the club into a single read-only overview. Running an aeroclub depends on people stepping up for towing, instructing, airfield duty, and other tasks — and this view shows how the hours and duty counts add up over time and how participation is spread across the membership. The totals can be grouped by member, duty type, or label, and filtered by period, type, and label.
Hours are accumulated for duties billed by the minute; flat-rate duties are reported as a duty count (they have no recorded length). Each row therefore shows both the duty hours and the total number of duties.

The page is read-only — there is nothing to change here. The totals include only approved duties and update with every further approved duty.
How to use it
- Hours and duty counts — the total time and number of duties worked over the chosen period.
- Grouping and filtering — switch the view by member, duty type, or label, and narrow the selection with period, type, and label filters.
- Compare members — the by-member view shows duty hours and duty counts for individual members.
