Duty Statistics
Hours and number of approved duties, grouped by member, duty type or tag, with totals.
This page is for club administrators. As a pilot you don't need it — go to the Pilot guide.
What it is
Duty Statistics add up the approved duties members did — towing, instructing, airfield duty and other work — so you can see how the work is shared across the club. The page is read-only and needs the permission Manage duties (any).
Each row shows:
- Hours — the time of duties paid by the minute.
- Flat duties — the number of duties paid a fixed amount, which have no length that counts.
- Total — the number of duties.
A Total row at the bottom sums the table. Only approved duties are counted. The page opens on the current year, grouped by member.
How to use it
- Group by — By member (each member, split by duty type), By type or By tag.
- Filters — From / To, Duty Type and Tag.
A duty with several tags counts under each of them, so in the tag view the tag rows can add up to more than the overall total.
