Payment Statistics
Credits and debits over a period, totalled by transaction type.

What it is
Payment Statistics give a read-only overview of the club’s books over a period: how much came in, how much was charged, and under which transaction types. The figures are added up from the payment records, so they always match the current state of the ledger. The page needs the permission View all transactions.
- At the top: Total income, Total outcome and Net total (income minus outcome).
- Below: two tables, Incomes and Outcomes. Each lists the transaction types with their Count and Total, and ends with a Subtotal.
Each pricing rule, duty type, recurring payment and penalty rule can post under its own transaction type. When they do, the tables show airtime, tow fees, instruction, duty pay and so on as separate lines instead of one flight charge.
How to use it
- From / To — the period; the current calendar year by default.
- Member — one member’s payments only.
- Category — Credit or Debit.
- Type — tick one or more transaction types.
- Clear filters resets them.
